And will say whatever it takes to get it. Flat out lie about needed repairs; Told my buddy his brakes were in terrible condition and he needed serious work.

He went across the street to the tire dealer who inspected his nearly new car and told him they were perfect. Make up fake reports; my brother went in for their "free" computer diagnoistic. They said he had a "122 report". My bro asked what that meant and they told him they wouldn't know until they did a $115 inspection.

Or just give an estimate that's so ridiculous, I actually had to turn my head so I wouldn't laugh out loud. Every one I know who has been there has a story to tell.

Reason of review: Astounded at the guts. .

Preferred solution: They shouldn't make up stuff that they can get caught at..

Not all sundevil auto locations are like that I don't judge all because of one if I did I would of went after pep boys and jiffy lube a long time ago.., not to mention just brakes go in for a $100 repair and walk out $700 later

Sun Devil Auto had my car for 2 two months now an d they keep telling me there is more problems with my car but i will let my family go to them because the messed up my car my car was in working fin e because i had my mother take it too them. And i am not paying them the money i own them

We ask that your friend contact the Customer Service Department at 480.751.6401 so that we may look into this further. As there are 20 locations in the valley, knowing which service center this involves would be helpful.

Our diagnostic fees are based on the industry standards. We will pull the codes from the vehicle's engine at no charge, however, if additional diagnostics are needed, utilizing specialized equipment, for instance, we will charge for the time. Some codes presented by vehicles are very easy to resolve, however, some require further investigation.

Furthermore, based on your statement, your brotherโ€™s vehicle presented with a Code of 122. The $115 was for the additional diagnostics to determine what exactly had caused the Code 122.
